• Prepare and practise a speech for a special occasion;

• Create memory aids for speaking;

• Prepare and present with PowerPoint;

• Learn how to add to your credibility and make your communications factual, persuasive and memorable.

Looking back, your training was a springboard for me to do more talks and group trainings. I put my hand up for the position of Station Manager in regional television and was successful. I would never have been able to have been confident enough to put myself forward for this position, had I not been under your guidance.
